100 Day Challenge ... well, as long as i make it

I've been wanting to do one of these for a very long time...buckle down and just spend the next 100 days totally focused on me. Pushing myself, bettering myself, and learning about myself. :) Doesn't that sound like fun? Also, wouldn't it be killer to shed some extra pounds before summer?? I thought so!

I found a blog that a woman did this, and wrote a little blurb about what she does everyday and how it makes her feel...and i decided what better way to keep myself motivated than by doing this!!

I'll be working out Monday - Fridays, with resting days on the weekend.
