Fall is Coming

Fall is coming.
Fall is coming.
The changing of seasons is upon us!
I'm sitting here right now sipping on some coffee, with my windows open, just letting that beautiful wind & glorious sunshine cascade into my life! Morning's like this are worth living.

Sometimes I think I forget how important it is to take a second, sit back, and actually relax. I always panic when people ask me how I relax or de-stress, because my brain automatically goes "uhhh what?". What's even worse is knowing that stress is terrible for not only your mental health, but also for your physical health, and yet I do nothing about it!

I picked up a few things that I have left behind, lately.
I started painting again.
I started writing again.
I started reading again.

These things used to have my full attention, and were my favorite ways of de-stressing after a long day. In today's world it's easy to sit on our phones and watch endless videos that will do that same thing, or binge Netflix. I want to de-stress, but put my mind into creative mode again. I've been dormant for too long!
